6.1 OJOX — Home Services App Android

• Location: OJOX requires location permission to find nearby service providers and track bookings. Location is accessed only while the app is in use, not in the background (unless you have an active booking being tracked).
• Phone Number: Used as your primary login identity via OTP verification.
• Ratings and Reviews: Your ratings are shared publicly with the provider's profile. Your name may appear alongside your review.
• Chat Messages: Messages between customers and providers are stored to maintain booking context and resolve disputes.

6.2 eMunsi — Government Tender App Android

• Notification Preferences: Your selected states, departments, and tender categories are stored to personalise alerts.
• No Sensitive Data: eMunsi does not collect financial information, business registration details, or government credentials.
• Tender Data: All tender information displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available government portals.

6.3 Tender Manager — Windows Software Windows

• Fully Offline: Tender Manager operates entirely on your local Windows machine. No data is transmitted to MSD Solution servers.
• Your Documents: All PDFs, reports, and documents you create or manage stay on your device.
• No Account Required: Tender Manager does not require login or internet connectivity for core functions.

6.4 PDF Tools — Free Web Tool Browser

• 100% Browser-Based: All PDF processing (convert, merge, watermark, page numbering) runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to any server.
• No Data Collected: We do not collect any information about the files you process, including file names, content, or metadata.
• No Account Required: No login, no email, no personal data required to use PDF Tools.
