1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any MSD Solution product — including OJOX, eMunsi, Tender Manager, or our PDF Tools website — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MSD Solution.

2. About Our Products

MSD Solution offers the following products under these Terms:

OJOX Android App

A home services booking platform that connects customers with verified local service professionals (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.) in India.

eMunsi Android App

A government tender aggregator that provides real-time alerts and information on state and central government tenders across India.

Tender Manager Windows Software

A local Windows desktop application for managing government tender documents, creating PDFs, and automating tender upload workflows.

PDF Tools Free Web Tool

A browser-based utility offering free PDF conversion, merging, watermarking, page management, and numbering tools at msdsolution.in/pdf_tool_updated.html.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• To use OJOX or eMunsi, you must register with a valid mobile number.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@msdsolution.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person. Accounts found to be duplicates or fraudulent may be suspended without notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use our services to engage in any activity that violates Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Post or share false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person, service provider, or company.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from our products.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt our services.
• Use PDF Tools to process illegal content (e.g., documents for fraud, forged certificates).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, service providers, or MSD Solution staff.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

5. Product-Specific Terms

5.1 OJOX — Home Services Android

• Booking Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate service details, address, and timing. Incorrect information may result in failed bookings.
• Provider Relationship: Service providers on OJOX are independent professionals, not employees of MSD Solution. We facilitate the connection but do not control the quality of service delivery.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within the window specified in the app. Late cancellations may attract a fee.
• Disputes: In case of a dispute between a customer and provider, contact us at info@msdsolution.in. We will attempt to mediate fairly.
• Safety: Do not share your OTP, bank details, or passwords with any service provider.

5.2 eMunsi — Tender Alerts Android

• Information Accuracy: Tender information is sourced from public government portals. MSD Solution does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
• Not Official: eMunsi is an informational tool. Always verify tender details on the official government website before participating in any tender.
• No Bid Guarantee: Using eMunsi does not guarantee success in any tender bid or procurement process.

5.3 Tender Manager Windows

• Local Software: Tender Manager is installed on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data.
• Licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tender Manager on one Windows device at a time.
• No Redistribution: You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute Tender Manager software.

5.4 PDF Tools Web

• Personal Use: PDF Tools are provided for personal and professional use. Commercial resale of the tool is not permitted.
• No Warranties on Output: We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR, quality of conversion, or compliance of output with any specific standard.
• File Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the files you process. Do not use our tools to process files containing illegal, classified, or confidential third-party data without authorisation.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Service prices on OJOX are set by the platform and clearly displayed before booking. PDF Tools and eMunsi basic features are free. Tender Manager pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.

6.2 Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. MSD Solution does not store your card or bank details.

6.3 Refund Policy

• OJOX: Refunds are processed for bookings cancelled within the permitted window. Service charges for completed jobs are non-refundable unless there is proven negligence.
• Tender Manager: No refunds after software download and activation unless the product is defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
• Disputes: Raise refund requests within 7 days of the transaction at info@msdsolution.in with your booking ID or order number.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and materials on MSD Solution products — including the OJOX app, eMunsi app, Tender Manager, and PDF Tools website — are the exclusive property of MSD Solution or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our products without prior written permission.
• The MSD Solution name, logo, and product names (OJOX, eMunsi, Tender Manager) are trademarks of MSD Solution.
• User-generated content (such as reviews and ratings) remains yours, but you grant MSD Solution a non-exclusive licence to display it within our products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MSD Solution does not warrant that:

• Our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• The results obtained from using our products will be accurate or reliable.
• Service providers on OJOX will complete work to your satisfaction in every case.
• Tender information on eMunsi is always current or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MSD Solution and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products.
• Any service quality issues caused by independent service providers on OJOX.
• Inaccuracies in government tender data displayed by eMunsi.
• Loss of locally stored data on Tender Manager due to device failure.

In no event shall MSD Solution's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to MSD Solution in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

10. Termination

MSD Solution may suspend or terminate your access to any product at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@msdsolution.in. Upon termination, your right to use the product ceases immediately. Data deletion will be processed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of Uttarakhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these terms that are not resolved through arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via in-app notification or email.
• Display a notice on our website homepage for 30 days.

Your continued use of our products after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the product and contact us to close your account.
